Barnsley – Then and Now

SKU: 001003BFC-1

1 in stock (can be backordered)

Even the most knowledgeable Barnsley club historians have found it difficult to confirm the colours worn by the Tykes in the first few years after their foundation in 1887.

What we do know for certain is that Barnsley were already wearing their famous red and white colours by the turn of the 20th century.

We have included an early Barnsley kit and paired it with a modern Barnsley home kit to create an historic piece of football memorabilia perfect as a gift for Barnsley fans of any age.

  • Frame measures 20cm x 20cm
  • Depth of frame allows it to stand on any flat surface
  • Rear fixture allows for easy wall hanging
  • Features two Subbuteo figures
  • ‘Then’ figure in red and white Barnsley kit as first worn in 1901
  • ‘Now’ figure in modern Barnsley home kit
  • Subbuteo figures sit on a green background
  • Finished with a white surround
  • Glass front
  • Please note all Framed Subbuteo pieces are put together by hand and may vary slightly from the photos shown
