Crystal Palace secured a cup upset when they beat Sunderland 2-1 in the League Cup Quarter-Final at Selhurst Park on 19 December 2000. The match was originally scheduled for 12 December but the referee called it off just two hours before kickoff due to a waterlogged pitch.
The programme includes a replica of the programme from the meeting of the two teams in 1969.
This genuine matchday programme remains in very good condition with only very light signs (including slight wear to the bottom right of the front cover and a fold to the back cover) of age and no team chances or other writing.
All programmes sold by Students of the Game are genuine and authentic, originating from the match in question.
We are open and honest about the condition of all programmes we sell. We make every effort to highlight any major flaws – such as tears, marks, team changes or scores, holes, or anything else that may materially affect the condition and, therefore, the value of the programmes.
Please don’t hesitate to ask for further information or additional photos if needed.
