Delivery Information

Same-Day Dispatch
We are committed to sending out all online orders the same day, provided the order is placed before 2:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Orders made after 2:00 PM or on Sundays will be dispatched the following working day.

Shipping Method
Most orders are shipped via Royal Mail, and shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order at checkout. This ensures that shipping prices are fair and accurate, and delivery times typically range between 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

For certain items, we partner with trusted delivery services. These orders may have a longer lead time, but rest assured, you will be kept informed with regular updates via your preferred method of communication, whether by text or email.

Returns Information

We understand that occasionally things don’t work out. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

We accept returns on items within 30 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Free Return Shipping

To make returns as hassle-free as possible, we offer free return shipping. Upon initiating a return request, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label so you can easily send your item back to us.

3. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. As long as the product meets our return conditions, you will receive a full refund for your purchase.

4. Condition of Returned Products

All returned products must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Items that have been damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Processing Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds back to your account.

6. Final Sale Items

Please note that items marked as Sale Collection are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Be sure to carefully review your sale purchases before completing your order.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
