It was worn by the Blues on their travels during the 2004-05 season when José Mourinho's men won their first Premier League title and their first league title since 1955.
In very good condition - two very small marks on the back of one sleeve are the only flaws - this men's large shirt is deserving of a place in any serious Chelsea football shirt collection.
