England vs Wales Programme & Ticket (14 November, 1956)
Product Details
England came from behind to beat Wales 3–1 in the British Home Championship at Wembley on 14 November 1956.
John Charles gave Wales an early lead before Johnny Haynes volleyed an equaliser, debutant Johnny Brooks put England ahead, and Tom Finney sealed the win.
The match was marred by injuries that left Wales with ten men for long spells, while Billy Wright captained and Stanley Matthews starred in front of 93,796 fans.
This is a genuine matchday programme and ticket from the England win, both of which remain in good condition with no major flaws, team changes or other writing although there is a visible fold on the front and back covers.
