England drew 2–2 with Belgium in a Wembley friendly on 21 October 1964. Jean Cornelis and Paul Van Himst twice put the visitors ahead, but Fred Pickering and Alan Hinton replied for England.
The match saw Terry Venables earn his first cap, Hinton score his first goal, and Bobby Moore lead the side for the ninth time as Alf Ramsey continued to shape his squad.
