Bobby Charlton fired England ahead before debutant Warren Bradley doubled the lead, but Italy hit back through Sergio Brighenti and Amos Mariani after Ron Flowers left the field injured.
Billy Wright captained for the 86th time in his 101st appearance as Walter Winterbottom’s side shared the spoils in front of 90,000 fans.
This is a genuine matchday programme and ticket stub from the draw, both of which remain in good condition with no major flaws but some folds, small tears and team changes written in pen.
