Product Details

England edged Portugal 1–0 in a Wembley friendly on 10 December 1969 thanks to Jack Charlton’s first-half header from Bobby Charlton’s corner.

Francis Lee missed a second-half penalty after Jeff Astle was brought down, but Alf Ramsey’s side held firm to extend their unbeaten home run to 11 games.

Bobby Moore captained for the 57th time, while Bobby Charlton matched Billy Wright’s record for appearances against foreign opposition.

This is a genuine matchday programme and ticket from the England win, both of which remain in very good condition with no major flaws. The England squad numbers have been written in pencil on the centre page.
