England beat Yugoslavia 2–0 in a Wembley friendly on 4 May 1966 as World Cup preparations gathered pace.

Jimmy Greaves struck early before Bobby Charlton doubled the lead.

The match saw Martin Peters make his debut, Bobby Tambling bow out with his final cap, and Gordon Banks reach 25 appearances, while Jimmy Armfield captained Alf Ramsey’s side in front of 54,000 fans.

This is a genuine matchday programme from the England win which remains in good condition with some signs of age and team changes written in the centre page in pen.
