Peter Lorimer and Rod Belfitt each scored a brace for Don Revie's team with the fifth coming from Paul Madeley.
This is a genuine matchday programme from the Leeds win which remains in fair condition with marks on the front as pictured but no team changes or other writing inside and the token hasn't been cut out.
