A combination of injuries, managerial changes and Micah Richards bursting onto the scene would make life more challenging for Mills at Man City but during the 2004-05 season he was a regular fixture in the team.
This Manchester City home shirt is from Mills' happier times at the club and was prepared for him to wear for a league match.
Originally sourced from a matchday official, the shirt features Mills' name and number in official flock print, the official Premiership sleeve patches and has the washtags cut out.
The shirt remains in good condition with cracking to the front sponsor in two places and some light marks.
