Steve Perryman played the first of his record 854 matches for Tottenham Hotspur when they hosted Sunderland on Saturday, 27 September, 1969. Unfortunately for Perryman and the home fans, it was Sunderland who secured a 1-0 win on the day.
This genuine matchday programme from the Division 1 fixture remains in good condition with light signs of wear including rusty staples, faint team changes have also been made in the centrefold.
